It is the same trade as a domestic refurb, joists and studwork through to doors, skirting and trim, but the site is a live commercial space rather than someone's home, which changes what has to be protected and when the work can happen.

The work usually has to fit around an opening date rather than around us, which is why materials and the programme get agreed up front rather than worked out as we go.
